Service Description

The personalised hypnotherapy audio is a perfect way to dip your toe into the world of subconscious reprogramming through hypnosis. How it works: Once you book, you will be taken to a form where you can answer a few questions to support your tailored experience. Please answer these questions in as much detail as possible for the best results from your hypnosis. Then, you will receive your very own hypnosis audio, completely bespoke to you and your desires via email. This will be channelled and completed in the next 7 working days after the booking was made (if any changes to that timeframe occur, you will be emailed immediately). Your recording will be around 30 minutes long. This will then be available to use whenever you feel called to! Using your audio: I suggest either sitting comfortably or lying down (be aware if you lie down you could potentially fall asleep, however, your hypnosis will still create an impact for you) - ensure there are limited distractions in your environment. You will be led through the audio, so don't worry about anything but getting super comfortable! Using headphones is also strongly advised.
