Archangel Raphael: the Archangel of abundant health and healing.
I felt a deep calling to share a powerful ritual I have been integrating through my own healing journey and one which I take clients through - a ritual invoking the energy of Archangel Raphael.
Archangel Raphael is the Archangel of Heath and healing. Their deep, emerald green aura brings potent energy of abundant healing light, supporting us on all levels of our healing journey. They have the undeniable ability to not only help us heal but to help us heal ourselves. And that's the vibe of today's ritual.
As we move through this energetic, multifaceted Earth experience (involving various situations and events), we can hold energetic imprints from those experiences. And those energetic imprints may not be ones that serve us today. The past situations we have once moved through may lead to limiting beliefs, wounding and trauma... stories that we tell ourselves that hold us back from our fullest potential. Everything is energy, which is why energy healing is so profound and powerful. And even better, calling on Angelic energy through that journey expands the experience.
SELF-ENERGY HEALING RITUAL WITH ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL
In a quiet space, place your hands on your heart and call on Archangel Raphael’s energy using the following Angel prayer:
Thank you, Archangel Raphael, of health and healing for your presence.
Thank you for washing your abundant green, healing light over me and allowing me to experience your miraculous healing power.
I am one with you and deep healing in this present moment.
Healing happens now.
And so it is.
After, set an intention in prayer: e.g. to support in dissolving feelings of self-doubt held in my energy field. Intention means you are placing attention on that area... where attention goes, energy flows.
Closing your eyes, allow Archangel Raphael’s emerald light to bathe your whole being from head to toe. There's no right or wrong way to see, feel, sense or imagine Archangel Raphael - the intention is everything.
Place your attention on your root chakra, and work your way up to each energy centre. As you focus on each centre (all the way up to your crown), allow Archangel Raphael’s healing light to open, cleanse and heal your chakras. Openly feel into anything and everything that comes up for you through this process of imbuing each of your energy centres with Archangel Raphael's energy. We must feel it to heal it!
When you have reached your crown, take some deep, conscious breaths and breathe out the energy that no longer serves you. Feel yourself getting lighter and lighter. What are you letting go of? How does it feel to release the limitations? Thank Archangel Raphael for supporting you in the energetic release.
Ground yourself by visualising red roots flowing from your feet and deep into the ground below you. Visualise the layers of Earth your roots are moving through until you reach the loving Mother Earth centre. Affirm you’re one with the Earth and that any excess energy you no longer need is being filtered out into the Universe, to where it’s needed most.
